Police blame Fulton County woman for underage drinking party

JOHNSTOWM - A Fulton County woman is being blamed by police for throwing an underage drinking party that ended with a fifteen year old girl falling out a window.

Police say it happened last month at 5 Hall Avenue in Johnstown.

They've since arrested 24-year-old Darby McCullers.

She's charged with child endangerment and violating the social host law.

The injured girl is recovering from her injuries.
