Brawl between teenagers leads police to burglary suspect

SARATOGA SPRINGS - Police arrested 17-year-old Damen Davis-Breuer after they say he beat up a student from Saratoga High School.

During their investigation, police say they were able to link Davis-Breuer to a series of car break-ins dating back to Nov. 4.

Davis-Breuer is now charged with assault and grand larceny.
