GLENS FALLS – A Glens Falls man charged in connection with the death of a child was in court Wednesday morning.
Brandon Warrington went before the judge because his court appointed attorney asked to be taken off the case, citing a conflict of interest.
The judge agreed and appointed another public defender.
Warrington is charged with murder in the death of Gary Carpenter the third.
Police say the man knocked the child to the floor causing a fatal head injury.
