Berkshire County Sheriff's Deputy charged with DWI, harassment

POESTENKILL - A Berkshire County Sheriff's Deputy ends up being the one taken away in handcuffs.

New York State Police say 41-year-old Paula Baratto was pulled over on route 351 in Poestenkill for driving erratically.

They say she failed sobriety tests at the scene.

Then, as she was being arrested, they say she kicked the trooper arresting her.

Baratto is charged with DWI and harassment.
