SARATOGA SPRINGS - The battle over a piece of Saratoga County history resumes tonight.

The Saratoga Springs Design Review Commission is expected to decide at a special meeting, whether to allow demolition of the Winans-Crippen house at 66 Franklin Street.

The preservation foundation has filed for a temporary restraining order to block the work if it's approved.

The meeting begins at Monday at 7:00 p.m.
