ALBANY - Four men are now charged in connection with a murder in November of 2011.
A grand jury indicted Jallah Drake on charges of second degree murder.
He's accused of shooting 25 year old Richard Gibbs near Fourth Avenue in Albany.
Three other men face weapons charges; they are Kareem Collier, Rashad Maye, and Jahmeek Croley.
Gibbs mother was in court when the indictment was read.
She says the man accused of killing her son did not say anything in court.
He just smirked.
Gibbs left behind a seven-month-old son.
