Man accused of secretly recording women heads to prison

COLONIE - A man accused of using a camera pen to record women without them knowing, is heading to prison.

Patrick Kaiser of Canastota was sentenced today to 2-4 years in prison.

In September, an off-duty police officer saw Kaiser put his foot between a woman's legs inside a Colonie grocery store.

Authorities quickly tracked him down and found the pen video camera in his car.
