ALBANY - Disgraced ex State Comptroller Alan Hevesi will be a free man Wednesday.
Hevesi is being released from prison at 8:00 a.m.
He was granted parole last month.
He spent 19 months behind bars for accepting gifts and campaign donations from people trying to do business with the State Pension Fund.
Although he's being released, Hevesi will remain under supervision until April of 2015.
