Suspected ATM thief caught during routine traffic stop

DUANESBURG - A suspected thief is caught during a routine traffic stop in Schoharie County.
Scott Clapper is accused of stealing an ATM from the Quaker Inn in Duanesburg.
Police say he also broke into the jukebox.
He was pulled over in Cobleskill the next day.
Police say he had a stash of stolen money in the car.
Clapper is also being tied to a burglary in Schenectady County and an attempted one at Jonathan's restaurant in Duanesburg.
