A Cohoes lawyer faces up to 30 years in prison, and hefty fines if he’s convicted on wire fraud charges.

Prosecutors say 38-year-old David Ehrlich lied to clients about legal services he claimed to have performed on their behalf.

That includes creating false documents which he allegedly told his clients were court judgments.

Ehrlich was disbarred back in 2010.
