LAKE GEORGE - The State Attorney General says the actions of a Lake George tree removal business, shock the conscience.

Eric Schneiderman is suing the American Tree Company, accusing it of price gouging during tropical storm Irene.

He says the company not only charged customers excessive prices, but also failed to disclose its fees before starting the work and charged emergency service call fees when customers didn't even call for them.
