ALBANY - Governor Andrew Cuomo confirms today the approval of a major expansion plan at UAlbany.
At the center of the proposal is a $165 million Emerging Technology and Entrepreneurship Complex -- known as E-TEC.
It will serve a variety of programs, including small business development, workforce training and help translate research into commercial products.
It's expected to generate close to $2 billion for the Capital Region and about 800 jobs.
