Principal killed in Conn. school shooting has Capital Region tie

TROY - NewsChannel 13 has learned that the principal killed in Friday's school shooting was a doctoral student at the Sage colleges, here in the Capital Region.
Dawn Hochsprung started in the education leadership program this past summer.
Dean Lori Quigley says dawn was "Vibrant, full of life and loved her school community and was truly a caring administrator."
