Closing arguments conclude in ballot fraud re-trial

TROY - Closing arguments have concluded in the re-trial of Troy Election commissioner Ed McDonough.

He's accused of taking part in a Democratic scheme to forge ballots in order to win the Working Families Parties line, during the 2009 primary.

This is McDonough’s second trial, the last one ended in a hung jury.
