BURNT HILLS - A lawyer from Burnt Hills is on the other side of the law after he allegedly drove drunk.

Lawrence Mahar was stopped by Waterford Police early Sunday morning.

Officers say Mahar had a blood alcohol content of .09, just over the legal limit.

Marah was ticketed for DWI and several traffic violations.

He's scheduled to go to court in early January.
