Businessman accused of sexual assault facing new charges

FORT PLAIN - 62-year-old Dennis Todd has been indicted on multiple charges of sexual acts involving a minor, assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
The alleged abuse happened in 2007, 2010 and in the summer of 2011.
He's also accused of striking a man in the head with a baseball bat.
NewsChannel 13 first reported on Todd's arrest back in August.
That same day, he was accused of assaulting one of our news crews outside the court house.
