Police investigate apparent assault at Albany nightclub

ALBANY - Albany Police are investigating the alleged assault of a woman at Legends Nightclub on Pearl Street.
Police tell NewsChannel 13 the woman was assaulted by a man at the club around 3 a.m. Sunday.
She was taken the hospital for treatment and has since been released.
No arrests have been made.
