SARATOGA COUNTY - The Saratoga County district attorney wants more time to present evidence to a grand jury in the case of a crash that killed two teens.

District Attorney Jim Murphy sought and got a judge's permission Thursday morning to extend the grand jury that will hear evidence of the crash that killed Chris Stewart and Deanna Rivers.

Prosecutors have been waiting for toxicology results on Dennis Drue, the driver of the car that collided with Stewart's SUV.

Drue was not legally intoxicated at the time, but the district attorney is waiting to find out if he had drugs in his system.
