Downed line catches fire in Troy

TROY - A downed power line caught fire in Rensselaer County.
A NewsChannel 13 engineer captured video while he was traveling on Vandenburg Avenue in Troy.
No injuries are reported.
We have received several reports of trees and wires down around the Capital Region.
