Major snow storm arrives in the Capital Region

CAPITAL REGION - After what was a disappointing winter season last year for snow lovers, the first major snowstorm of the season arrived in the Capital Region Thursday.
According to the NewsChannel 13 weather team, this was the biggest snow storm this area has seen since February of 2011.
