Ice Cream Cakes

*Use a spring form pan.
*Bake a brownie on the bottom of your pan about 1/2" thick. 15 minutes at 350°
*Cool brownie and then put in freezer for about 2 hours.
*15 minutes before putting ice cream on brownie, take ice cream out of freezer and let it soften, so it's easier to pack in pan. You want to make sure you spread the ice cream out evenly.
*Take brownie out and put your 1st. layer of your favorite ice cream.
*Top ice cream with crunchies (crushed up cookies) and hot fudge.
*Return to freezer for 3 to 4 hours.
*Take out of freezer and add another layer of your favorite ice cream.
*Return to freezer for another 3 to 4 hours.
*Take cake out of pan and place on plate. Frost with cool whip and decorate with candy or fruit.
*Return to freezer till you're ready to serve.
