Primeau replaces McDonald as Cohoes Mayor

COHOES - A new leader is taking over in the city of Cohoes on this last day of 2012
George Primeau was sworn in Monday afternoon as the city's new mayor.
Primeau has been serving as City Council President.
He replaces outgoing mayor John McDonald.
McDonald is moving on to the New York State Assembly.
