SHENENDEHOWA - The Court of Appeals also heard arguments Thursday in the case of a local school bus driver.

Cynthia Didomenicantonio was fired by the Shenendehowa School District in 2009 after testing positive for marijuana.

CSEA challenged her termination, claiming the district had violated the collective bargaining agreement.

A state supreme court judge ruled in favor of the school district.

But the State Appellate Division ruled in favor of the union.
