Lee man to remain hospitalized

LEE - A Massachusetts man will remain in a psychiatric hospital at least until the end of the month.
Phab Nguyen is accused of shooting his stepson last month and killing the family dog.
After his arrest, a judge ordered Nguyen to undergo a psychological evaluation at a state hospital.
According to the Berkshire Eagle, the judge has now ordered Nguyen held at the hospital for further testing, to determine if he is competent to stand trial.
His stepson was treated for gunshot wounds and released.
