Saratoga Springs wins $246,000 grant

SARATOGA SPRINGS - Saratoga Springs schools have won a state grant to promote safety and good health.

$246,000 is coming as part of the "Safe Routes to School" program.

The district will use the money for new walking and biking paths near Geyser Elementary School and Veteran's Park.

64 projects across the state are being awarded grants.
