Washington County man accused of assaulting 8-year-old

WASHINGTON COUNTY - A Washington County man is accused of assaulting an 8-year-old child.
The sheriff says 42-year-old Clifford Grover pushed the child, causing the child to fall into a chair, which resulted in a black eye.
The sheriff says Grover was acquainted with the child.
Grover is charged with assault and child endangerment.
