A backup in a sewage line has caused Albany City Hall to shut down Monday.
Mayor Jerry Jennings says water ran into a basement, which compromised the building's heating system.
Despite the shutdown, the mayor says all vital resources in the city are up and running.
The flooding is now under control, however, the mayor says City Hall may need to get a new boiler.
Due to the closure there will be no Parking Permits issued. The new parking system goes into effect on Tuesday.
There is a one month grace period where warnings will be issued.
