Five people are under arrest after a fight broke out at a Wal-Mart in Amsterdam on Wednesday. Montgomery County Sheriff's received a call from an employee for several people fighting in the frozen foods section of the store.

After looking over security tapes, police say they saw one of the women with a ten month old baby, who was placed in harms way several times, stating at one point the child was nearly hit with a large bottle.

Under arrest are Brittany Bottomley (16), John Bottomley Sr. (32), Tammy Bottomley (37), Brianna Riley (18), and Demontavius Collins (21) on charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Mischief, and Disorderly Conduct. All were released on appearance tickets.

Montgomery County Sheriffs credit the quick thinking of several Wal-Mart employees, stating one of the employees was even able to secure the baby while the mother was fighting.
