ALBANY - A Colonie High School graduate murdered in New Orleans was laid to rest Monday.

A funeral mass for 26-year-old Lauren Tanski was held Monday afternoon in Albany.

Tanski, who also lived in Cohoes and graduated from SUNY Cobleskill was killed inside her French quarter apartment.

An ex-boyfriend of her roommate has been charged with the killing.
