Fatal accident in Stephentown under investigation

STEPHENTOWN - A fatal traffic accident in Stephentown is under investigation.
State police say a van was traveling north on State Route 22 Sunday, when it crossed the double yellow line and hit an SUV head on.
The driver of the van was pronounced dead at the scene.
The three people in the SUV were airlifted to Massachusetts General Hospital.
