AMSTERDAM - They didn't get to march in the Inaugural Parade, but some young musicians from Amsterdam are still celebrating quite a victory.
The Amsterdam marching rams and the Amsterdam High School Jazz Band took first place in a Presidential Inauguration music festival that was held over the weekend.
They received a gold rating and were named Grand Champions.
The 120 member troupe was also there to watch the President take his Oath of Office.
