Ellis Medicine opens new heart health center

NISKAYUNA - Heart disease is the number one killer of women, and Bellevue Woman's Center in Niskayuna is out to change that.

Thursday, Ellis Medicine officially opened the Neil and Jane Golub Breast and Heart Health Center.

Jane Golub was among the first patients to be screened, but any woman can make an appointment.

They check your vital signs, complete a survey that helps measure risk and you undergo an EKG.

The cost is 25 dollars.
