Saratoga Springs Police investigate bank robbery

SARATOGA SPRINGS – Police are investigating a bank robbery at the Trustco Bank in Congress Street Plaza.

They say a man walked into the bank around 5:40 p.m. Monday evening, and implied he had a gun.

The suspect was last seen heading south on Hamilton Street. Right now, it’s unclear if he got away with any cash.

He’s described as a black male around 5’9”-5’10”, with black sweat pants, a black zip up hoodie, and a black baseball cap. He also had a gray Walmart shopping bag.
