Four charged with burglary in Troy

TROY – On Tuesday, police arrested four burglary suspects after an alert neighbor called police to report suspicious activity at a home on 9th Street.

According to police, upon arriving they found two men on the side of the building and another on the inside. A female accomplice was found in a car parked in front of the building.

Arrested and charged was Brian Stark, 24. Ronnie Stark, 26, Jessica Kelley, 25, and a juvenile male.

All four were charged with various charged including burglary, attempted burglary, conspiracy, possession of burglar tools and unlawful possession of a radio device.

The suspects are expected to be arraigned in Troy City Court Wednesday Morning.
