ALBANY - The man accused of leaving four dogs in a parked truck in sub-freezing temperatures, is due back in court Wednesday evening.

Police tell NewsChannel 13 Anthony Walker will be facing new charges in the case.

He's already facing four counts of animal cruelty.

Police say Walker is also the same man who abandoned pit bull puppies on railroad tracks in Albany last fall.
