Report: Some of NY’s best foreclosure deals are in Albany

ALBANY - If you're in the market for a home, Albany apparently has some of the best foreclosure deals in the state.

That's according to a report by online real estate tracker, RealtyTrac.

It also lists deals in New York City, Poughkeepsie, Rochester and Syracuse.

Also according to the report, the best place in the nation to find a foreclosure deal is the area around the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
