AMSTERDAM - The fate of an accused killer in Montgomery County now lies in the hands of a jury.
Closing arguments were heard today in the murder trial of Ivan Ramos.
He's accused of stabbing and killing William McDermott and Cheryl Goss last March in the apartment in Amsterdam.
Ramos did not testify during the trial.
