NORTH CREEK - A Warren County white water rafting guide will spend one year in jail.
NewsChannel 13’s media partners at the Post-Star Newspaper report 38-year-old Rory Fay of North Creek was sentenced for his role in the death of a woman who fell out of a raft.
State Police say Fay was drunk when he and Tamara Blake fell out of the raft and Blake drowned.
