Man accused of using counterfeit cash facing felony charges

QUEENSBURY - A Warren County man is facing felony charges after police say he passed counterfeit cash at a Queensbury restaurant.

Police say Eric McIntyre Jr. used a fake one $100 at the Burger King on Aviation Road.

A man who was with him was also charged after police say he gave them a fake name.

Both men are now in the Warren County Jail.
