Winter storm sees 'winners' and 'losers'

ALBANY - Not only did scores of schools close today, some weekend events were canceled or cut short.
The weather is having both a good and bad impact, depending on the business.
Industries that thrive on snow are of course thrilled.
But organizers, who've spent weeks or months planning events, are still hoping the public will come out.
