CLIFTON PARK - A Shenendehowa bus driver who was fired in 2009 after she tested positive for marijuana will get her job back.

The Court of Appeals has upheld the ruling of an arbitrator, who said the firing of Cynthia Didomenicantonio violated the school's union contract.

The arbitrator had also ruled she should get her job back along with back pay.
