COLONIE - A Colonie man and level three sex offender faces four years in prison after pleading guilty today to sexually abusing a 91-year-old woman.
Richard Ragone was a maintenance worker at the Loudonville home for adults.
He was changing a light bulb in the room of a 91-year-old woman when a co-worker reported seeing him fondle that woman.
At the time of his arrest, NewsChannel 13 asked how he got the job while he was a level three sex offender.
The home sent a written statement saying he was employed in a non-resident care position and when they learned of the inappropriate contact he was immediately discharged.
