Fatal accident in Nassau

State Police in Schodack are investigating a fatal car accident in Nassau early Saturday morning.

Police say Marian Hubbard, 20, was driving eastbound on Rte. 20 when she crossed the center line and struck a guard rail causing the 2001 Isuzu to overturn several times.

The driver and two passengers, 18 year old Alicia Hubbard and 19 year old Nicole Hubbard, were thrown from the vehicle. Alicia was pronounced dead at the scene.

Marian Hubbard is charged with driving while intoxicated. She is being treated at Albany Med and is listed in serious condition. Police say both Marian and Alicia were not wearing seatbelts.
