Overnight fire heavily damages Schenectady home

SCHENECTADY - An early morning fire, heavily damaged a Schenectady home.
The fire broke out around 1:30 Sunday morning at 2092 Foster Avenue.
The fire department tells us three people and two dogs inside all got out safely.
No one was hurt.
The Red Cross is now assisting.
The cause is under investigation.
