ARLINGTON, Vt. - Homicide charges are being upheld against a Vermont driver accused in a fatal crash in Washington County.

NewsChannel 13’s media partners at the Post Star Newspaper report a judge has ruled there is enough evidence for the case against Cassie Earley.

The Arlington Vermont woman is accused of driving drunk on July 29, when police say she hit another car head-on on Route 22 and killed the driver, Vincent Muro Sr.

Earley has pleaded not guilty.
