Police: Gloversville woman let sickly dog run loose

GLOVERSVILLE - A Gloversville woman is facing animal abuse charges tonight after police say they found her sickly dog running loose.
Under arrest is 45-year-old Karen Brown.
Police say her dog had several infections, was losing its hair and had large open wounds.
They say Brown failed to get the animal proper treatment.
She's now out of jail until her next court appearance.
