ALBANY - The state court of appeals issued its ruling today in the Steven Raucci pension case.

It says that Raucci's pension will not be made available to his victims.

Some of his victims had asked that his pension be frozen under the Son of Sam Law to possibly go to them if they win their civil suits.

But the state court of appeals ruling will not let that happen.

Raucci is the former Schenectady School District facilities manager.

He's serving 23-years-to-life in prison for his 2010 conviction on 18 counts of arson, weapons possession, and planting bombs at the homes of his co-workers.
