Family voices outrage on officer's arraignment

ALBANY - A family is voicing their outrage as an Albany Police Officer is arraigned on a drunken driving charge.
Albany Police Officer Max Etienne is accused of driving drunk and smashing into a row of parked cars early Sunday morning.
The women whose cars were damaged went to court to see him arraigned.
They think he may be getting special treatment just because he is a police officer.
