ALBANY – A Capital Region man is headed to state prison after pleading guilty to driving while intoxicated.

Back in November, Craig Becker was stopped by Watervliet Police for a broken tail light.

He admitted to drinking at a local tavern and failed a field sobriety test.

Police learned Becker's license was revoked for three previous DWI convictions.

And he was arrested for DWI again in December by Cohoes Police, while his drunk driving case in Watervliet was still pending.
