GLENS FALLS - A Warren County businessman is under arrest accused of defrauding customers.

Darren Prieur owns DP Plumbing, Heating and Cooling.

The sheriff's department says he took an advanced payment from a Queensbury family to install a water softener and filtration system in their home.

They say he never did the work and refused to return to family's $3,000.

He's charged with felony grand larceny.
